In addition to online FBM workshops, we also have our FBM Academy 3-6-9 for members of Family Businesses.
Numbers 3-6-9 mean that Academy consists of workshops and seminars lasting 3, 6 and 9 hours. The FBM Academy is designed so that you participate in all 18 hours of the Academy.
The FBM Academy 3-6-9 is a combined program. One part consists of already prepared online workshops, which need to be watched in your own arrangement. And the second part of the FBM Academy are online workshops in real time, in which you participate personally.
At each further level, the 3-6-9 FBM Academy deals with certain topics in greater detail.
This means that the first 3 hours are introductory hours. The next 6 hours deal with topics from the first 3 hours in more detail. And in the last 9 hours you have the opportunity to personally participate in the FBM Academy 3-6-9, expressing your opinion, experiences and solutions. It is desirable that at least 2 members of the Family Business participate in each level 3-6-9, more family members can also participate.
The FBM 3-6-9 Academy typically involves members of several families who own Family Businesses. It is also an opportunity to exchange experiences and challenges, and for Family Business members to get to know each other at the same time.
